Alpha King Leo’s four sons, Kane, Ares, Damon, and Zade, had noticed a shift in the air. After Zaira had been called out by her mother two days ago, she had become reticent to their approaches. It made them all unsettled. They didn’t know what was wrong with her. At some point, they speculated that her mother had found out about their mate bond. A run-in with Eleanor on the road completely dispelled that thought. There was no way she would treat them calmly and the same way she usually did If she knew. And if she did, their father would be aware already. They wondered if something else had happened to her but at the end of the day, Zaira still was not willing to talk to them, so all they could do was speculate and hope that it was nothing serious.
