"All finished." The doctor said with a grin, putting his hands on his sides.
I looked over at Carter and Lewis and they gave me a thumbs up, looking over at the doctor and nodding. "Thank you for helping her."
"I'm just doing my job." He replied, "you guys are released."
The doctor left the room and we all followed him, walking out of the hospital after talking with the receptionist.
"Do I look bad?" I asked them, watching them look at me simultaneously.
"No." Lewis said just as Carter said, "Yes."
Lewis gave Carter a look and Carter raised his hands in surrender. "Sorry, I'm still a little pissed off about her hurting my best friend."
Lewis shook his head and looked at me, "no, you don't look bad, it's only three claw marks sliding down your cheek along with a black eye."
