Alex’s POV
This morning I tried to have breakfast with Zoe but she was so wound up this time that she didn’t eat and wouldn’t calm down at all. It worried me. What had happened that she was like this today? I ate my breakfast and left hers with her for when she was finally calm.
I went to my office to get some work done before Cameron and Jamie got here with the produce from Blue Moon. When they get here I plan to ask for their help with Zoe. I’ve done everything that I can, but it’s getting me nowhere. What was I doing wrong?
While working I thought it was odd that I hadn’t seen Landon all morning. Normally I saw him in the dining hall with some of the other warriors at breakfast, and then he was always in his office by now. I wonder where he found himself this morning. I sh
