My father is on his way, Amelia warns me via mind link. Although I think he may be an alien clone who replaced my actual father. He gave all the pups generous and thoughtful gifts, and was nice to them. Be on your guard for an invasion of alien body snatchers!

“Hey Leonard!” My father in law greets me a bit too friendly when he reaches my office. He sticks out his hand at me, and I reluctantly give it a shake. “I hope you’ve forgiven me over our little misunderstanding last June. I was under a lot of pressure at the time.”
I gave a noncommittal grunt at that, as we both sit down.
