I woke up in the morning with my phone ringing, and I picked it up without looking at the caller ID and placed it by my ear.
“Hellloooo,” I said in my sleepy voice.
“Why do I always find you sleeping when I call you.” came Lucas’s amused voice from the other side.
“Maybe, because you always call in the early morning when I am sleeping,” I replied, and he chuckled.
“Sleepyhead, you better wake up properly because I am going to tell you a piece of news.” Lucas said, “and I want your attention when you hear it.” That made me get up and sat down on the edge of my bed.
“’ What news?” I ask, “Please tell me it’s a good one instead of a bad one.”
