(Angela's POV) I was in and out of consciousness, hearing bits and pieces of what was going on, until I just let the darkness take me completely. When i woke up I was in a room, and my clothes were changed, my boots were sitting on the side of the bed, and my bag was on the end of the bed. I looked down at myself and saw I had leggings and a regular t-shirt on.  I looked around and found I wasn't scared nervous but not scared, I walked to the door and it was unlocked. I stepped out of the room, there were doors along the walls, I didn't bother looking in any just walked down the hall, silently. I got to the end of the hall and found a stair case, people were walking around so I stayed low as not to catch anyone's attention, or so I thought. "What's the plan now?" I froze as I heard the male voice behind me, then very carefully got to my feet, and slowly turned. There he was, the guy from my dreams, he had a tank top and sweat pants on, and looked completely as ease, but I could tell he was ready to pounce if he needed to. "I..I..um." He was standing against the wall with his arms crossed over his hunky chest, and I couldn't talk, both from not believing it was really him and from fear. He pushed away from the wall, and stepped toward me, I stepped back. "Hey, watch your step." I turned and caught the window, he seemed to notice too, because he gave me a sexy side grin, I jumped he barely missed me and I was out of the window running bare footed to ward the forest,  but like before I didn't get too far before he tackled me. "Where do you think you're going?" "Let go!?" I shouted but he held on tightly and soon others came. "White, let her go she's having a panic attack!" "If I let go, she'll run!" Before I really knew what happened again i blacked out and was out of it again. This time when i woke up, I was back in the room but this time I wasn't alone, there was an older man sitting in a chair in a corner, I moved as far as I could from him. "It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you, you're a jumpy little thing aren't you?" I hugged the pillow, trying to make a wall between us, he just sat there watching me.I needed to know what was going on, even if that meant talking to this stranger, I took a steadying breath, and looking somewhere other then his face I asked. "What do you want from me, what am I doing here?" "You do speak, well that's good to know, we brought you here to keep you safe, Angie." "How do you know my name?" "The psychic told us your name, do you mind me calling you Angie?" I thought about it, and felt like it wasn't in a teasing or uncomfortable way, so I nodded my head. Wait did he say psychic? "What psychic?" "Tyler can explain better, he'll be here soon." "Tyler?" Then the door opened and in came the guy from before, this time really looking mad I ducked my head, and looked away. He looked at the man, then back to me, I haven't been around werewolves before, and I could feel his power, if I had to guess he was Alpha. "How is she feeling?" He asked the man, the man explained to Tyler, I guess his name was, ignoring the fact that i was sitting right here with them. The door was slightly open and the smell of food reached me and my stomach growled, which made both men turn to look at me. I ducked behind the pillow. "I'll send, Jasmine, up she can help her down to dinner." A while later a soft knock came at the door, and in came a beautiful dirty blond haired woman, her big, blue eyes so friendly and nice. "I got it from here, Joshua." "Okay give me a shout if you need me." She nodded and the older man walked out, closing the door behind him, she then turned to look at me.She looked at me curiously, then gave me a friendly smile. "HI, my name is Jasmine, you can call me Jas, everyone else does." "Hi." "Is it okay I call you Angie or do you prefer Angela?" "Either way is fine." She gave me a smile, she was really trying to make me comfortable, but with everything that was happening I just couldn't help be nervous. "Hey, let's get you cleaned up, so you can go down to dinner, everyone else is eager to meet you." "Everyone else?" "Yeah, come on I'll get you in the shower we got you some stuff, and you can take the time you need." I nodded and stepped into the shower and cleaned myself, it felt refreshing and it calmed me greatly, once I stepped out, I felt with a little more confidence. I brushed out my long black hair, it was just past my bra strap with some curl, and when I looked at myself in the mirror I couldn't help seeing the dark eye shadows under my light brown eyes. I got dressed in my usual jeans and a cute top, and got my boots on. "Wow, feeling better already?" "Much better thank you." "Well, let's get you down to dinner." I followed her down the same hall as earlier but this time went down stairs with her and into a dining room , there was Joshua, who was in the room with me, and an other guy Jas told me was her mate, and a few other women and men, all pack I assumed. Then right at the head was...Tyler. Jasmine pulled me toward her mate and sat me down and everyone started to dig into the food, and chatting happily, I served myself and dug in, this was the first real meal I have had in ages, fried Chicken and cheesy scalloped potatoes, and green beans. rolls and butter. I could feel eyes on me, but I dug in. When I was done I looked around as everyone else was getting done. "Girl you were hungry." "I probably looked like a pig, but I haven't had a meal that good sense I was in high school." "Really and how long ago was that?"asked Jasmine, honestly curious, I thought about it for a bit. "Twelve years ago." "Wow, yeah, go right ahead and pig out all you want." she said offering me more, I politely refused and just sat looking around, I couldn't help noticing the woman next to Tyler, that was her the woman from my dreams too, I guess they were a thing I guess, I felt a little pang of jealousy, but didn't say or do anything. Soon they brought out dessert, peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream. I was in heaven, I ate it slowly savoring it. Then one by one the couples started to leave, until it was only Jasmine, her mate, Joshua, the women, Tyler and me. "SO Angie where are you from originally?" "Honestly, I was born here in this state but moved around so damn much, I never really had a place to really call home, but I finished high school in Montana. "Really and what brought you out here?" I was going to tell them the truth, but I glanced toward Tyler and the woman, and bit my tongue, they'd think I was crazy. "Just thought of checking things out, not really looking for much." "Well, that's good, um...I hope you can stay with us." "Oh..um...I don't know." "I'm surprised you've been out there for two years, without any other wolf spotting you." Said Tyler not looking at me, I just shrugged, I really didn't know how I made it either, just laying low and keeping to myself I guess. "You can't be out there on your own, you are more then welcome to stay with us."said Joshua, Tyler glared at him he glared right back. "I hate to be trouble you lot seem to be a good pack, I'd hate to interrupt that." "No, not at all, we'd be lucky to have you." again Joshua and again Tyler glared at him. "Thank you but I'll think about it, well, thank you for dinner it was delicious and I guess I'll turn in." "No, running away unless you want to be wrestled down by my men!" Tyler called firmly. I kept walking with a small smile on my face, as I walked up I ran into someone. "Oh, Hi, hello, Angela, nice to officially meet you, I'm Lisa I'm the one that helped find you." "You're the psychic?" "Yup, and between you and me, it's not crazy at all why you came here, it's all in the good direction." "What you know?" "Yes, but it will be our secret, alright." I had a feeling she wasn't being honest with me, but I took it she wouldn't blab about it to anyone. She excused herself and she went down stairs and I headed to my room. This time I fell into a peaceful sleep, and for once in my life I felt like I was resting in a safe place. (Tyler's POV) "She's was staying in a motel, she has nothing going for her!" "Why is that a bad thing, that way you don't confuse the two." "Please, she has nothing, no education, no idea what the future is for herself." "IF this is just when you meet her, I can only imagine, what you'll think of her later." The psychic walked in and sat down crossing her arm and legs. "Okay she's here, what's next?" "She'll need all of your help, she's lived a life with no one to trust, and she might've given you a run for your money, but her wolf is super out of control, she needs a home, where better then here." "In my bed right?" I asked with a snap, she just shrugged, and sat back, my wolf was unbearable, he was acting like never before, the whole way back to the village, he had me hold her in my arms, she felt so light, her scent was inviting but I couldn't betray Natalia like that. Right now my wolf wanted to lay next to this new stranger and bury his face in her hair. I rubbed my face and dropped in a seat. Now that Angela was here she couldn't leave, no female survived without a pack, and would be easy pray, I took a deep breath and had to accept it for what it was, I looked at Natalia, she seemed unbothered but I could tell she was waiting for me to make a choice. "Joshua, tomorrow she's to join training and no going easy on her, is that clear." "Will do." "I'm going to sleep." I said as I got up and then I turned to the others. "NO meddling from any of you, is that clear." They all mumbled an agreement and I walked out of the living room and up to my room. The little I could smell, of her scent, it seemed to slowly mend my shattered heart. I walked into my room and buried my face in a pillow with Natalia's scent, falling asleep with her in my dreams. The next morning, Jasmine had let Angela barrow, some shorts and a tank top, surprisingly keeping up  with the guys, she was pretty good at keeping them off , a couple of times, She had to l put some distance away from the group, but soon came back, the psychic did say something had happened to her, maybe it was just that. She was fast, and learned fairly quickly, by the end she was more comfortable, then Jasmine and her started to do flips and that made me wonder, but it wasn't like what Natalia did it was more like cheer, and parkour. The chase had been impressive, she was a survivor for sure, one day just to see what she would do I left some papers for her to maybe see, she did, and when I came back, she did ask some shy questions, when I explained it to her, she seemed lost. That frustrated me, Natalia had caught on real quick as to her, I probably will need to sit down and explain it. I excused myself to my office and just thought how messed up this whole thing was, she wasn't my mate, and never will be.
