Wolf’s POV:
I had not seen Riley since we came back with the Vamp and it was starting to irritate me, all I wanted was to get to her, be with her, I still didn’t know how she felt about her mate being killed, and I hoped she didn’t blame me, or worse missed him.
I walked to her room, and I was about to knock when my courage failed me and I walked outside. The moon was shining brightly and as I looked up to it, I felt an unmistakeable presence, the presence of a higher being. I kept staring at the moon compelled by it.
