“I’m not sure of that myself,” Daniel replied. “I heard a voice, then ventured down a cave, and now I’m here. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know where to start looking. I would probably get lost in the desert and die before I found it.”
“Perhaps my personal sorcerer can help. He has traveled many lands and tells many tales. He is also very knowledgeable about the land. Well, only to me does he tell tales. The Vizier is very strict about these things and has threatened the sorcerer on many occasions. However, I will not allow it.”
“I would appreciate that very much.”
“Perhaps we could explore your appreciation extensively before you leave.”
Daniel smiled coyly. “That would be a great going away present.”
