Chapter 5“Hey, m’man.”
Jerry looked up as a voice he knew he’d heard a few times hailed him. He and Riki sat at one end of a crowded table in the cafeteria, grabbing a fast lunch before afternoon classes. He turned to see a guy he recognized as another Sigma Mu member. The name Bradley Hunt floated into his mind.
“Er, can I squeeze in with you two?”
Riki gave a grudging grunt and scooted over a few inches since the bench on his side seemed a little less crowded.
“Hey, Brad, what’s up?” Jerry tried to sound pleasant to make up for Riki’s chilly welcome.
“You guys got a few minutes after we eat? I need to talk to ya.”
