As he followed Zeke’s truck back to the camping area at the fairgrounds a couple hours later, Rio hummed one of the tunes the band had played. He’d have to remember to give Seth and Mack the name of the band. They were pretty good and maybe they could use them at The Watering Hole back at Stallions and Studs. He’d had a good time that evening, despite Mark, and hoped it would continue thanks to Zeke’s invitation. Rio’s anticipation of what was to come with the handsome older cowboy put thoughts of the obnoxious New Yorker completely out of his head.
Rio pulled his truck up beside Zeke’s, which was parked next to a two horse gooseneck trailer. Zeke came around the side and opened the door to Rio’s truck.
