I stretched out and yawned loudly. It was well after ten in the morning, and I had nowhere to be. Dante was busy with the vampire clan business. Lucien was busy with the dragon kingdom business. Tyson was busy with the wolf pack business. Neither of them had time for me and although that felt odd, I was somewhat relieved to simply have the day to myself. I could do whatever I wanted. Go anywhere if I felt like it. It was oddly freeing. Of course, I missed my immortals, but they were busy preparing for a war that may or may not happen.
