This was it, this was the day I had worked toward for, so long and so hard. Finally, the day had come, the grand opening of Timber & Tines. Today marked the culmination of years of hard work, culinary passion, and a relentless pursuit of a dream. The air inside the restaurant was thick with a symphony of clinking glasses, the laughter of guests, and the savory aroma of small bites that Bill and Jacob were carrying around for the guests lingered in the air.
