The grand opening of T&T had been a whirlwind of laughter, clinking glasses, and the fun chaos of a successful restaurant launch. Surprisingly, I found myself loving every moment of this opening night. When I had thought that I would be a hot mess, needing to bartend after so many years and being a sweaty and stressy mess, the vibrant atmosphere and camaraderie with the other staff members had brought me much more joy than I had anticipated.
