Amanda kept running to save herself. Selfish indeed, letting Sam be killed in a sadistic way by the black-hooded man while she ran away instead. But on the other hand, she also does not want to be one of the victims.
The girl continued to run ignoring her injured hand. Until she managed to get out of the forest and meet the vast desert. Her body fell on the green grass. Looking back crying. She lay down, letting out all the tiredness in her heart.
Sara who was walking behind suddenly stopped and looked around. Trying to sharpen her hearing.
"What is it?" Lucas asked, looking surprised.
"Didn't you hear it? There was the sound of someone crying."
Lucas and Jane fell silent. Try to listen carefully. Sure enough, the faint sound of a woman crying was heard.
"Looks like it's from over there." Lucas pointed to the west.
"Let's go there!" take Sarah.
"Wait!"
They looked at Jane.
"What if it was a trap. It could be that the black-hooded men made the noise."
Sara and Lucas looked at each other. Thinking that what Jane said was true.
"We'd better check it out first. Who knows it might be one of us."
Jane was silent. She was a bit doubtful about Lucas' decision. After a moment she nodded in agreement. They walked together towards the sound.
A girl lay crying. Seeing that she was one of them, they hurriedly ran towards her.
Lucas sat beside the girl and helped her up.
"Hey, it's okay. We're here. What's your name?"
"Amanda," she said, sobbing.
"It's okay, Amanda. You are safe with us."
Sara stood up, "Are you alone?"
Amanda cried again, "Donnie. He was killed by them. I-ahhh... !"
An arrow stabbed into Amanda's back. Blood flowed from her mouth. Jane, Sara, and Lucas suddenly looked in the direction where the arrow came from, but there was no one in sight. There is only a lush forest and does not show the presence of anyone. But their instincts told them that there was someone inside who was preparing to aim at them.
"Let's go from here!"
Lucas and Sara help Amanda, but the girl refuses.
"Just-leave-me-alone."
Her breath started to hitch.
"No, hang on! We can get some help."
Amanda shook her head, a moment later her body weakened and fell to the ground. There was no other choice, they had to leave immediately.
Lucas ran in the lead, Jane and Sara trailing behind him. Sara couldn't hold back the tears, making her steps even weaker. Jane who realized this immediately grabbed Sarra's hand. They ran farther and farther from the forest.
They don't know how big this meadow is. They had run until the side of the forest was out of sight. Sarra falls due to exhaustion. Sarah started crying again.
"I am done with all of this s**t!" shouted Jane, "I want to get out of here."
"Calm down! If you scream, you might invite them to come!" Lucas said as he looked around.
"What do I care about them! Those idiots can only kill other people!"
"You think you're the only one who wants to get out of this place?!"
"That's enough!" hold on Sarah.
She stood and looked at them. silence. No one spoke.
Sara walked towards a shady tree not far from there. She sat under it looking up at the sky. When she turned to the left, she saw a something.
"Hey, guys! You better come here," she shouted.
