I looked the alpha directly in the eyes and snarled at him challengingly to come and get my mother himself. He looked at me with wide eyes as I stood like a barrier between him and his granddaughters. “What the hell is this?” He uttered and snapped to look at Julia who had a worried look on her face. “I tried to tell you, alpha. Ashlynn didn’t come alone.” Julia said and his head snapped back to mine.
