The Accident
Well, this was different.
I woke up to machines beeping and an IV attached to me.
I was in a hospital of all places.
I had hoped yesterday had been a dream, but I was wrong…again.
My luck seemed to be off. Maybe I needed someone to reset my aura or something. Or maybe I was cursed. It would make sense. Yesterday had been a bad day and that was an understatement. Maybe I was in an alternative reality or even a dream. Maybe when I woke up everything would be back to normal again. Or as normal as my life can get.
And sadly, the only thing I could think of in this moment was how shitty my luck was that I couldn’t even get an evening in bed with all my junk food. I had to be cursed!
