Chapter 9 On the way back home from the Autumn festival, Myra thought about everything that happened inside the circus and the festival itself. She missed lighting the lanterns and setting them off because her mother was getting anxious, Clarissa wanted Myra home as soon as she could come. Alex fell asleep in the car and Diana jammed some slow songs in the front with Myra. “I wanted to see the fireworks,” Diana pouted and said. The way back home was a bit long but nothing to extreme. The roads were empty and it was dark in all four directions.
