Today is an initiation day for new members. The ones that get an initiation are those who want to go with us, the ' big guys. ' They are tired of stealing small things, [like wallets, jewels... Etc ], they want to do the actual job, like drug, firearms distribution .. etc.

We all started with the initiation. The rule is pretty simple, and it often involves being beaten or f****d. You just have to bear it until the end, so a person gets to choose which one to go with. Yes, I decided being beaten, I woke up the next day with bruises, dislocated shoulders, internal injuries, I wanted to get out, but then, I thought of how many years I already spent just to quit because of a one-time beating.
Once they join the gang, they are expected to follow the leaders' directions. T
