Third Person's POV James and Cliff drive back to Harmonies. James has already rented out the buildings Harmonies is in now. James has tried but can not get out of the contracts he has signed with the lessees. All of them have already paid the key deposits. They have used the money to pay salaries and other expenses, so they do not have the funds to return the key deposits, so James can not even keep Harmonies in their old spots and open them again to get an income to pay the loans. The banks are also pushing them for payments, James is getting desperate and is thinking of just opening the hotels and restaurants to earn an income, but he knows it will be a disaster if he does it now. The hotels and the restaurants will be downgraded, and they will not be seen as a high-end company anymore
