Chapter Eleven

I watch as Eva opens the dessert and took a teaspoon to taste the dessert on the table. I held my breath praying she doesn't remember what name it is called because this was not what she was too familiar with, she puts the desserts in her mouth and I wait to see if she would be able to know what dessert was placed before us.

"This is a dessert made using cinnamon and cayenne to get a spicy chocolate flavour, the spice is made to blend perfectly well with rich chocolate to form a dessert. The thing is, it has been a long I last ate it and I have forgotten the name. It use to be one of my flavourite desserts." She said and I was happy she did not know the name of the dessert and that gave me the win.

" You need to give me, a kiss, so I can tell you the name of the dessert," I said.

" Why should I give, you a kiss, you didn't give me a prize for getting two of the three meals set on the table, you are not been fair to me," She complained with a pout. That act only made me want to kiss her the more. Only if she knew how sexy she looks giving me that face.

" Are you kidding me right now, after all the trouble I have been through in wanting to satisfy you, you are still not willing to kiss me because you could not remember the name of the dessert, mind you I set the rules here and you have to comply with my rules." I just can't miss out on the opportunity, she looks so damn sexy, and those lips of hers are crying for a kiss.

" So you want a prize, don't you, okay I give you the prize you demanded from me, but know that you are going to sleep in the visitor room when we get home," I have forgotten that I was dealing with Eva, she can be very mean when she wants to. I have no option but to tell her the name of the dessert we are having this night.

" I guess you win but know you are mean," I said as I surrender to her.

" The dessert is vegan Mexican chocolate cake and you got the method used in making the dessert," I told and I saw her smile in victory.

" I was sure of the method but just could not put my hands to what is it called,"

" I hope I won't be sleeping like a guest in my house," I asked trying to be sure she was not going to carry out her threats. She smiled and gave me a light kiss and when I wanted to increase the tempo of the kiss she withdrew.

" I don't think I will be able to stand a night without you sleeping next to me, I have missed you and Zara has not been happy about it," She confessed.

Hearing this made me eager to take her to the next place I have planned to surprise her.

"Let's dig into the dessert and leave, I can't wait to devour those sexy lips of yours, I have missed those lips of yours," What she does know was that I always take one of her clothes with me when going on patrol to keep my wolf sane because he missed her. You see any ordinary wolf might be able to endure it but for a warrior like me, I can't do without my mate, so I have been doing all I could to calm my wolf so that he will not go on killing sprees.

" I can not wait to be alone with you," I said to her. She blushes when she got the gist of what I said.

" You spoilt brat, and what would happen when we are alone? Remember the kids would be in the house with us," She teased me.

" This day is all about us, the kids are not going to disturb us," Eva didn't know that all arrangements has been made to get my pond of flesh from her today, she has deprived me of this, and I am sure going to get it this night.

" So where are the kids? Are you telling me the kids are going to sleep some else this night?" She asked and I nod my head to confirm it.

" Let's forget about them, this night is for us, so let's make good use of the opportunity, we might not have such again," I said to her, though I could sense she was not satisfied with the arrangement, she also needs to spend time with me.

" All you do most time is stay with the kids and refuse to give me any attention and you are making me jealous of my kids," I explained my feelings to her and I could see she felt guilty.

She held my hands and look into my eyes when she saw how hot I was, " I didn't mean for it to happen that way but you know the kids needed me and I have to care for them, I never knew I

was hurting you," She apologizes and gave me a kiss.

" I understand but you need to plan out your schedule so that you can balance all,"

" You are right, I will try," She promised.

" Another thing I would like you to do for me is to create a room for the kids to give us our own space, we made the mistake of not having a nursery made out for them when they were born. No one expected that they would survive," I suggest and hoped she would reason with me.

" Will it not cause them to feel neglected, you know they are almost three years old and are used to sleeping in the same bed with me," She said trying to object to my suggestion.

" Eva, they need to grow up and learn to live by themselves, they are boys for crying out loud, so why not let them learn to stand on their own?" I pressed further hoping she would understand.

" We will give it a trial for a week and if it doesn't work out, we both find a way out of it," She said and I heaved a sigh of relief.

" Have I told you how beautiful and sexy you looked this night?" I said seductively and she blushes again. I wondered if she was using it to seduce me or if it was a natural thing with her but whatever name the world wants to term it, it succeed in setting me in the mood. I wish I could take her here and now.

" No, you haven't, and I love you to say it to me," She said in a luring voice and that was my clue to leave this damn room and take her to the hotel we would be spending the night.

I finish up my dessert and hurried her up so we can go to the final destination of our date night.

" Why the rush? The day is still young and I need some tequila to put my body more in the same mood that you are now," Then the realization hit me, she was in the mood for fun this night.

" Don't worry everything is available for you but not in this restaurant," I said to her, the night would not be completed without a tequila.

I moved closer and carried her the bridal way to the car and got in with her. I don't care if people are looking at us like two newly married as I carried her out of the restaurant.
