***** DAY 15 ******
I start my Charlie persuasion plan in the morning, while he’s eating with Tia and they are talking about the next challenge. But upon seeing me, he runs away. Tia looks questioningly but I just shrug my shoulders.
The next chance that I get is when he’s taking care of an injured person. I help him while asking him to let me join. He throws a couple of insults at me, but I am already numb at them, so I ask him again.
At night, when I sense that Tia is sleeping. I look for Charlie and find him in one section of the cave. I let my clothes fall on the ground and go under his blanket. My hands go into his stomach and down his pants, but before I can even touch him, he holds my hands.
“What do you think you are doing?” he asks.
“Persuading you to let me join tomorrow.”
