Panic set in me the moment Scarlett was out of sight. In a house with this many young men and with her in the damn sexy dress, I was worried about her safety. I was worried another man would try to touch her. We searched the other rooms and crowds, to try to find her. We finally found her dancing with Amelia. They were enjoying their dancing together. She was dancing so provocatively that I wanted to go dance with her, just so no one would dance with her. But Damien wanted her to have a chance to dance with her friends, without us hovering over her. I could understand, even though he was hating it just as much as I was.
