EMILY “Promise not to interrupt me until I’m done speaking please,” I pleaded. “And promise to not keep any details from me,” she retorted. “Let me take a deep breath and have a glass of water then I’ll be sure to tell you all,” I requested. “Alright.” She dashed off and came back shortly with a glass of water. “Thank you,” I replied. I took the glass of water from her, drank it, and sat down to tell her everything that happened. I told her where he took me, I described the place to her, what happened, what I ate, and the conversations we had although I didn’t give her full details. I told her he officially asked to court me and I agreed. She squealed in excitement. “Oh my goodness! It’s finally happening!” She clapped her hand excitingly. “So tell me about the kiss!” She urged.
