“ Took you so long,” Eleanor complained. Gabriella had expected that. The lady complained about almost everything. “I’m sorry Eleanor,” She said cheerfully. Gabriella was sorry a lot lately “took a lot of time to have my face covered in all this make up,” she said in a light voice but Eleanor was not finding anything funny today. “Don’t get used to being all glammed up,” Eleanor informed her as if she was not aware why Gabriella had to put on so much make up, as if she was not the one who suggested she be covered in so much concealer to hide all the bruises Barrett had given her yesterday.
