"No... no please, please, stop, I'm begging you..." cried Kinze continusly while the doll monster draws its knife towards her with inches apart from her face which it smoothers with it.
"Do not worry Kinze, I'm not going to kill you, just something worse, you'll understand it soon enough." said the doll while Kinze screams and begs, but no help is due to arrive at all.
Honestly I felt bad for that poor girl, despite what she did to get there, she didn't deserve this, none of us did, even Brandon, but we all had to pay the price, even the little child with the group of cultists going on to take me somewhere, which turned out to be a hidden camp, lurking away within the mazes from plain sight.
"You've got be kidding me? for almost two hundred years, you've lived in here, and you couldn't afford to get out, or at least build a house?"
I asked towards little child welcomed me in to his lovely camp. "There can't be permanent structures in here, the walls shift from time to time, we can live here for the next few days, but after that, we may need to move on to the south, before the idimoni get here." said the little child.
"Idimoni? wait, you mean that doll?" I asked. "That isn't a doll, it possesses the object of one, but impersonates something far deadlier, last time it paid us a visit, nearly twenty seven people of my tribe died." said the little child.
"I'm sorry for your losses, my friend was captured by the very thing before I got here." I said. "Then it is likely, your friend is dead, come on." said the little child as he moved forth. What a downer?
I thought, and for a second, the thought occured to me of many doubts regarding their owns of survival, but I didn't come here for that, I came to proceed to the next round, and to do that, I need their help, so I followed him directly where he led me to a structurally built cave, with a bowel of water in front, looked like a broken jug, but who am I to judge native culture?
As he sat down beside the bowel, I came close towards it and gained a quick glance of it, and I could have sworn I saw something.. or someone, but I just didn't know who or what was it.
"This is our sacred cave, here is where, our men are given the water of Laa, so they will know their destines and proceed on their works according to what they've been tasked, now, it is yours." said the little child. "Sorry what?" I asked, confused.
"Before, our tribemens, and me, we grew, old and young, in numbers and strength, but ever since we got here, we've been frozen, nothing changes, so we remained the same, we even stopped eating in a while, but our lives keeps carrying on, for a purpose we don't know, but..
It is in our beliefs, that a woman who dreams in the reality between truth and cull, will find the difference, free us all from this dammed prison, I have reason to believe, it is you, Tokyo." said the little child to which I stood there aimlessly.
I mean, what the hell is this guy saying? I knew I was cut in some weird taboo s**t, but this was too much, even for me, and so I laughed, playing it as a joke, them realised it wasn't.
"Okay, you're being serious, but why? I am not your.. whatever this is, I'm not here to free you or anything, I just came here to pass the dammed round so I can go ahead, to do that, I need to find them, my friends." I said.
"Your friends are gone Tokyo, I'm sorry, but you must accept the truth, if the idimoni lays eyes on someone, it won't stop till it abolishes them completely, it is difficult to let go, but.." he said as he tries to comfort me whilst I turned it away.
"Shut up! okay? just.. shut up! they're not dead, and I'm not alone.. Kinze is alive, Tulio is alive, and even freaking Dwayne is alive, I'm not gonna stop till I get them, so if you're done with all s**t, perhaps you can help me tell where this idimoni is?" I asked to which no response came in from him or his people.
"You don't wanna help? fine! I'll deal with it on my own!" I yelled as I began to push away their ideologies and moved back as if it meant nothing when a voice called me from back.
"Tokyo! wait!" yelled a voice which I find out to be the little kid, only that he didn't sound like a child, but was a full grown male within a few seconds. "How the hell..." I said when suddenly time started drifting away like a wind blown throughout the whole place through clustering blow of winds.
I felt cold by the chilling winds, but the man, and his people, they were, dead.. turned to bones and crisp, while their village was nothing more than a abandoned settlement where rats and decayed monsters off to live to.
"No! this... this is crap! this is.." I said, and within a moment, I came back right at the end of the line, towards the entrance to the final round of the La Casa Manavi, standing right in front of me.
"What? how, could this?" I said and within a moment, a scream of someone being obliterated behind me was heard. I walked on fastly as I can to see what was it about, only to find, two contestants beating the s**t out of each other, one downed, and the other, she was kicking him off repeatedly.
As I reached closer, I soon realized the man having been downed was none other than Tulio himself, now work severe injuries and multiple bruises.
I felt anger as if I never counted before, I wanted to give a piece of my fist over to the woman beating her as I approached, but when I did, I turned her around, only to find out, it was me, I was the one doing it.
And as the cold wind hustled back into my body, I came back, right back into the village where I'm sitting next to the child, his people, and the bowel in which I had drank seconds ago as I laid my eyes opened.
"You.. you're back, what did you see? where did it take you?" asked the little child, I would say I miss him, but this kid darned drugged me, he deserved to die for all I care.
"I know where the idimoni is, it's standing right above us.." I said looking towards the celling while the plane shifts away in opposite, revealing the location of the doll, Kinze, and the two new friends I'm about to meet, Clad, Shelly, another pair of inmates caught within the cell of the doll for playtime.
Meanwhile, Dwayne and Tulio, after having a brief reconcilation with Austin, who finally led them to believe everything he said to them was the truth, and it was all part of the ghost's plan to bring aboard them in here.
"So, your whole team went missing, is that it? how many were there?" asked Dwayne while being carried by Tulio and Austin for cover.
"Four to five, one by one, they were taken down by that dammed creepy old clown, there was two alive, but I was busy running, I didn't know what happened to him." said Austin.
"And then you just bummed into us? is that it?" asked Tulio to which Austin sighs as he pauses. "Gosh, damnit, you still don't believe me? I'm here to help ya? why is it hard to believe?" asked Austin.
"It's not hard to believe, it's just.. anyways, forget it.." said Tulio. "Good, because I just did, now to get out of here, anyone got any plans? we've been walking a while, I don't think I see any way out." said Austin. "It's a maze, there isn't a closed way to be found, so it all must be leading within each other, one way or another.." said Tulio.
"And like idiots, we've been going in circles, damnit!" said Austin. "Don't worry yet.. there might be a way to track our progress so we wouldn't get caught in a loop again." said Dwayne.
"Really? how? asked Austin.
"Blood.." said Dwayne pointing towards the direction ahead in which a trail of blood goes onward. "Where did that blood come from?" asked Austin while Tulio checks on Dwayne's left foot, only to see it a trail of blood from behind, leading to it, and had been dripping continusly.
"Dwayne? you're bleeding!" yelled Tulio as he goes on to check on the wound.. "Oh, yeah.. I know, I just must be.. feeling a bit light headed, I didn't realize." said Dwayne. "Are you joking man? come on, let's get you fixed.." said Austin as he goes onward to lay him to rest while Tulio opens in on the wound, but gets neglected by Dwayne who takes his feet back and yells "No!" immediately.
"What do you mean No?" asked Tulio. "We.. need to proceed forward, we need to trail.." said Dwayne. "We're not using your blood to trail our way, are you insane, we'll find another way." said Tulio.
"There is.. no time, they need us... we need to find em.. I'll get help once we find each other.." said Dwayne while struggling to breathe. "Now you decided to play the hero? great.. I guess miracles does fall from the sky.." said Austin. "Or angry old.. doll hairs.." said Tulio. "What?" asked Austin.
"Guys, we need to keep proceeding, if I'm out of blood, it will be too late.." said Dwayne who starts to feel unconscious as he goes on to fall. "Woah, woah, it is too late, you're getting unconscious.." said Austin.
"Just lie him down, I'll take care of it.." said Tulio to which Dwayne gets laid down by Austin, despite his struggle, and as Tulio opens up the wound, he finds nearly part of his flesh had gone through a rapid infection on the frontal part of his foot, completely germinated and spread by lack of treatment since he kept quiet about it from the moment he was injured. "Jeez, that looks ugly.. any solutions doc?" asked Austin.
"With a injury like this, I don't think there would be anything left to fix soon.." said Tulio.
"What.. what.. do you mean?" asked Dwayne.
"Sorry buddy, I may need to cut out a part of your foot before it's too late." said Tulio.
