“Oh, Margaret, what a nice surprise! You haven’t shown yourself in the office for over a year! Is something the matter? The CEO isn’t here for now. They are both on holidays. Should I leave a message?” The annoying secretary was covering for them. As if she thought I had no idea about my sister and her husband dying. It was part of my plan!
“I’m not here to meet with my sister. I’m here to give you an official document about both of them passing away, their children going missing or dying there as well.” I gave her the official death certificate. She took the document swiftly and stopped breathing. Her voice became shaky: “That’s not possible... how?”
