“Marcus,” I gasped as he turned me, lifting me into his arms quicker than I was prepared for.  He looked down at me, and I could see the ghost of a smirk playing on his lips. “Yes, Amelia?”  He asked, his voice was low and made my body tingle.   “I can walk,” I said, biting my lip. “I know, you’ll need your energy to keep up with me.”  He said and I couldn’t help but wonder what he had in mind next.  I hoped it was the cat o nine tails, or the cuffs.
