My mind swirled with nervous energy as I walked beside Louis, our steps sounding loud on the pavement. “Little one,” he whispered as he leaned closer to me and I jumped away. “Distance,”  I hissed out, “You agreed, we’d talk to HR first.”   “Relax, it won’t matter soon, anyway.”  He said moving closer as he brought his hand up to brush my hair from my eyes.   “What do you mean it won’t matter soon?”  I asked, bringing my hands to his waist to savor the closeness for a moment longer. “Boston,” he smirked. “Still not understanding,” I said, blinking hard as I pressed my lips together. “She’s one of our flock.  Also super into office gossip, I don’t think she’ll be able to hold this secret in for long.”  Louis said as he leaned his face closer to mine. “Oh, so she’s a dragon too?”  I
