Alana
My family couldn’t even take the time to escort me to the castle dungeon, because they were more concerned about Dane and Tamara’s stupid cubs, and they wondered why I was the acting the way I had been.
By the time my brother Lance made an appearance, I was seething with anger. That anger quickly turned to rage when he informed me that I was to be imprisoned for five years, then banished from all werecat territories for an unspecified amount of time.
The thought of banishment honestly didn’t bother me in the least, but the imprisonment was a sobering thought. All I wanted to do was leave this wretched pack for good and return to Jax.
At least he treated me like I was special. He never talked down to me, or acted like a jerk. He was quick to do and say sweet things to me. Plus, he made me feel good in so many wonderful ways.
To be honest, after those few days that I spent with Jax, I didn’t even care about Dane choosing Tamara over me anymore. I just wanted to be with Jax. Feel his arms wrapped around me, and his soft lips pressing against mine. I needed him in a bad way, but he couldn’t even visit me, because of the stupid Protection Spell.
Dane also made a visit to me, but I lashed out at him, and he said some nasty things in return, but I let everything that came out of everybody’s mouths just roll off my shoulders. Nothing they had to say made any difference to me. So I thought.
Not long after being imprisoned, I overheard a few of the guards talking, and I was painfully reminded of what loss felt like. In a matter of seconds, my dreams of being with Jax were completely shattered when I heard one of them say, “There wasn’t a single rogue that escaped our attack. Not one of those disgusting creatures saw us coming. It was a total massacre.”
I could feel my heart slowly turning to ice at the realization of what my life had become. For the second time in less than a year, I was slapped in the face by the loss of somebody I felt love for. First Dane and now Jax.
Grief completely consumed me for a few weeks after that. Every day, I cried over losing Jax, while my food sat untouched on the floor by the cell bars, as I gradually slipped into a deep depression.

Alana was such a sweet, little kitty, I couldn’t stand the thought of her being locked up in a dungeon. I had to find a way to get to my kitty, and I needed to do that as quickly as wolfly possible.
I headed toward the closest witch coven I knew of in hopes of finding a witch who was powerful enough and willing to help me. However, that turned out to be harder than I expected.
It took a few days of running nonstop in my wolf form to get to the outskirts of the coven’s territory, then I couldn’t cross the border due to an invisible barrier. I was forced to wait on my side of the border and hope that one of them wandered over to where I was at.
The days stretched by for what felt like an eternity. I took to walking along the border constantly, and I only slept when I was too exhausted to walk any longer.
I had always been a fit and muscular guy, but all of that walking and eating animals in my wolf form definitely helped to bulk me up even more. That was the only positive thing that came from all of my solitude time in the forest.
Finally, after more than a month, I was granted the opportunity to enlist the help of a witch when a strange looking woman with pearlescent white eyes approached me. She had long, silver hair with dark purple streaks, and the most menacing smirk I had ever seen. To be perfectly honest, I felt a little intimidated by the short, skinny woman.
As she got closer, I noticed she had a pleasant scent smelling like cucumber and witch hazel. The scent itself seemed to have a calming effect on me, and I soon felt my body relax.
The second the woman reached me, she asked in her scratchy voice, “Why have you been watching our territory? What do you want?”
“I need help,” I answered in total honesty.
The woman keenly eyed me up and down, as she warily asked, “Who are you? What kind of help are you in need of?”
It was then that I noticed her eyes actually swirled with the beautiful pearlescent color and a stone gray color. Those intriguing eyes of hers held mine for several seconds before I sheepishly admitted, “My name is Jax Sheldon. The woman I love got captured and imprisoned in the dungeon on the Jungle Pack’s territory. I need help reversing a protection spell, so I can save her life.”
“The same Jungle Pack where the King and Queen of werecats reside?” she asked with curiosity evident in her voice.
“Yes! That’s the one! Please tell me you can help me save my woman!” I pleaded in all seriousness.
“I will help you under one condition… You have to bring the hybrid Queen Snow to me. I have unfinished business with her,” the woman stated with no room for negotiation.
“You’ve got a deal!” I rushed to say, as I extended my hand out to the woman, then I asked, “What is your name?”
“My name is Deidre Stone, and you will soon learn the significance of my last name,” she stated with an heir of confidence, then held her hand out and added, “Come with me, so we can make a plan.”
I couldn’t deny the fact that I was a little wary of the woman, but at that moment, she was my only hope of maybe getting to Alana. I had to see this through for the first woman to ever find a place in my heart.

Anita was sprawled out on the top of my desk, letting me have my way with her naked body, when Alexander came barging into my office. Instantly, my head snapped in his direction, then I flashed a smirk at him, as I continued to slam my body against Anita’s.
My men had gotten used to seeing me with the various sluts in our pack, and they knew better than to say a word about it. I reached up and slapped Anita’s t**s, then I curiously asked, “What brings you here in such a rush, Alexander?”
By this time, he was bent over with his hands placed on his legs just above the knees, but that didn’t stop him from breathlessly responding, “The w-werecats… they attacked the rogues last night and slaughtered every last one of them!”
Instantly, I seized all movement and yelled, “How in the hell is that possible?”
“It was a well-planned surprise attack in the middle of the night. From what I hear, they had the help of werewolves! Lots of them!” Alexander gushed with excitement.
“Very interesting,” I thought aloud in the form of a mumble before asking, “Is there any other interesting news for you to report?”
Alexander flashed a creepy smirk at me, then he stated with amusement, “Word is, the werecat princess was in cahoots with the rogues. Supposedly, she kidnapped some cubs and tried to take them to the rogues, but she got caught before crossing the border. Now she is imprisoned on the Jungle Pack’s territory.”
I was honestly surprised by that tidbit of information. It’s not often that someone from the royal family turns on their species. In a way, just the thought of that werecat princess betraying the rest of the werecats turned me on.
With a smirk of my own forming on my face, I thanked Alexander for the information, then I excused him from my presence. After that, I pounded Anita into oblivion and back, making her scream my name in the throes of ecstasy over and over again.
