Claudia's Pov

Tumayo ako sa harap ng isang mataas na building para sa aking job application. Naka received ako ng email na may open na post for Marketing assistant and secretary. PMAC Corporation. Kilala ang business na ito sa madaming negosyong naitayo sa buong probinsya at globally. Inayos ko ng bahagya ang palda ko dahil bahagya itong tumaas habang naglalakad ako na halos 4 na pulgada na ang pagitan sa aking mga tuhod.

Inopen ko ang email sa mobile phone ko. Sabi sa email ay magreregister muna sa lobby.Sakto lang ang dating ko at may napansin ako na tatlong babae na naka corporate attire at dalawang lalaki. Kailangan galingan ko sa interview para makuha ko ang posisyon na ina aplayan ko.

Lumapit ako sa front desk. Lalaki ang nandun kaya naman binati ko muna siya. Kita ko ang nametag niya na kulay abo. "Hi Adam, I am an applicant. " nilakihan ko pa ang ngiti ko sabay abot ng resume na dala ko.

"What position? " Tumingin lang siya sa akin at ngumiti pabalik

"I am applying for the Marketing Assitant post" tipid kong sagot sa kanya

Sinulatan nya sa kanang baba ang resume ko ng Marketing Assistant. Binuklat din niya ng bahagya ang pangalawang pahina nito.

"Are you also willing to apply for secretary opening?" tanong pa niya

"Yes. I am." sagot ko pa with confidence

Muli sinulatan nya ang resume ko kadikit ng una nyang sinulat kanina, & secretary.

"Please be seated. We will call you for the interview. You can get juice or coffee at the cafeteria while waiting" Saad pa nya habang itinuro kung saan ang cafeteria

"Thank you Adam" ngumiti lamang ako sa kanya at dumiretso sa waiting area.

May tinawagan siya sa telphone at pagkatapos ay tumayo ito at nagtungo sa kabilang parte ng room dala ang mga resume namin mga aplikante.

Umupo ako sa panghuling hanay ng upuan. Lahat ng applicant at nakaharap sa malaking tv na nagpa flash ng mga properties na kini cater ng PMAC Corporation, ang mga sister company at ang mga tao sa likod ng Management mula sa security, cleaning service, hanggang sa pinaka founder ng kumpanya.

Sinilip ko ang cellphone ko at nagtype ng maikling mensahe para kay Tatay.

Nandito na po ako sa PMAC Corp builing Tay. Imemessage ko nalang po kayo pagkatapos ng interview process. Sent

Gumawa din ako ng mensahe para kay Anna.

Hi A. Andito na ako sa PMAC building. I'll keep you posted about the application. Wish me goodluck. See you. Sent

Agad ko naman inilagay yun sa silent mode para hindi makaistorbo.

Adam's Pov

"Good morning Darren. Hope all is well." bati ko pagkatapos buksan ang pinto ng room for the initial interview at inabot ang mga resume ng applicats

"Yes Bro. Medyo kailangan ng bantay ni Misis. Thank you for this." Inangat niya ang mga resume

"If you need anything just let me know. okay?" mahina kong sabi sa kanya

"Righty. Please call in those people that are applying for the Marketing Assistant post. Its going to be a panel interview so we can save time. Please let them know as well." Ngumiti siya habang ini isa isa ang mga documents

"Okay. Ill take my leave then". at naglakad na ako palabas ng interview room

Lumapit na ako sa waiting area at humarap sa mga aplikante.

"Guys! Listen . I will only say this once. Your initial interview is going to be a panel interview. First will be those that are applying for the Marketing Assitant role. You can take your luggage. Go to the Interview Room as what it says on the door. You will see there Darren. He is gonna be your initial interviewer. For the ones that are left, you can wait here after the first batch is done" Mahaba niya pang sabi.

Tumayo ang isang lalaki at isang babae kasabay ko. We then walk to the interview room and there we saw a well built man in his mid thirties.

Darren's Pov

"Good morning everyone. Please feel free to be seated.In front of you are browsers to create your short profile. " bungad niyang bati sa amin

Naupo na kaming tatlo sa harap ng mga computers and he started to talk. Hindi naman siya intimidating. Looks lang siguro but the way he speaks is very calm and friendly.

"Okay, let me start by introducing myself. I am Darren. I am one of the secretary here in PMAC. I specifically work for a Monte Alegre clan member. It happens to be that the position you are applying for is my wife's seat so i need to look for her replacement as well as mine. So, I need you to fill those information as much as you can in 5 minutes, and a brief description of your strenght and experiences.Hit submit once you are done" Mahaba nyang pakilala sabay pindot sa timer na nagsimulang magbilang

Natapos naman kaming lahat bago pa tumunog ang 5 minutes timer na niset ni Darren. He asked all of us three to go in front, introduce ourselves and a few information about our family. Then, he asked us to go back to the waiting area. Same procedure done with those that applied for the secretarial position.

I created an email, sent the profile of the qualified applicant to Charles. I also sent a text message.

Charles, i need to go. Husband duties. Done with the initial interview. Now go for the final interview. Hold your temper and please dont scare anyone. Sent

Charles Pov

Bro! Laro tayo mamaya sa likod bahay. Kakabasa ko lang ng text ni Miguel. Mukhang kailangan ko ng refresher mamaya dahil matinding digmaan ang haharapin ko ngayon.

Aye. Pagkatapos ng shift ko. Daan ako jan. Sent

I opened the second message.

It was from Darren

Charles, i need to go. Husband duties. Done with the initial interview. Now go for the final interview. Hold your temper and please dont scare anyone

Ibinaba ko na ang cellphone ko.

Medyo maselan ang pagbubuntis ng asawa ng secretary ko ngayon na si Darren. First Trimester palang daw kasi ito ,kaya nagdecide si Darren na mag leave muna hanggang maging ok na ang misis niya. Ganun din ang misis nya na kailangan mag bed rest at maiiwan ang Marketing Assitant position. We accepted it dahil it is regarding the health condition of our employee but since it was a bit soon i asked if he can do the interview for the applicants today so he will know who will be able to keep up with me and for the person that will take the position for his wife.

Umilaw ang screen ng laptop ko, tanda na may email akong nareceived. It was from Darren with Subject na Qualified Marketing Assistant and Secretary. For Final interview.

I really like this guy. He always makes sure he is on top of everything. Now I will just need to do the final interview for everything to be taken care of.
