Riley A soft growl escaped as soon as I saw them. I wasn’t surprised that my hatred for my family had only grown over the years. Fear pushed its way up and the young girl who was so betrayed started pushing her way out when I closed my eyes for a moment and thought about Jeremy. He was my family. I thought about my pack and how much they loved me. The people standing beside Caleb were nothing to me. Their lives meant nothing to me.
