“Riley, I want to apologize for your mother. I didn’t know. Your entire family have strict instructions not to bother you.” Caleb started explaining the second he saw me before dinner and I rolled my eyes.
“Luckily, for you, I know my family. Or should I say unlucky. They’ve never really listened to any of their alphas.” I frowned, pushing past him and into the dining room.
