My beast is harassing me more and more to stay in the present and leave my comfortable, peaceful darkness and all because of some strange woman that took us from our home.
He was starting to fall for this woman, and he wanted me to connect with her too. I don’t think it is a good idea for us to be close to anyone. They always die.
I opened my eyes and looked through his to once again see that woman. She is watching us through the glass of the enclosure she kept us in like a pet. My beast is pacing not far from her, but I can feel his need to be closer to her growing.
This isn’t a good idea beast. Leave her alone to live her life with her people. We can’t allow ourselves to get close to anyone else, it always ends in pain. Let
