My beast roused me. I was now expecting it, so I was not so frustrated, though I still felt he was making the wrong choice by giving into the mate bond. I could feel it was affecting him more and more each day.
I decided to have a look and see what the woman was up to. When I looked through his eyes, I could see she was just in a towel. It was hard to miss the delicious curves her body had, but I couldn’t let myself fall for that.
