PLOT OUTLINE Story Idea: Feeling unhappy and unfulfilled in a hopeless and worthless marriage, Nina finally took a bold decision to leave. Her life turned around for the better when she met the gorgeous and filthy rich billionaire, Vincent. Despite Nina's shyness, she found herself madly attracted to Vincent’s hotness and wittiness. As the relationship between them became intense, Nina’s career path took off. Someone was not happy about all these, her ex; and She planned to ignore him by going out with his grandfather, Mr Paul SandSuer’s founding partner. But with time she falls in love with him, and they start a hot, steaming relationship. BOOK TITLE: Away to Love TROUPES: Billionaire Romance, Age gap romance. CHARACTERS: PROTAGONISTS (Major Characters) 1)Female lead Name: Nina Age: 22 years at the beginning of the story. Appearance:. 5” 7, slim and athletic, blonde with blue eyes, light skin. Occupation: Aspiring Artist/designer. Personality: Nina is meek, sweet, strong and resilient and extremely calm. She is not quick to anger and is very warm. Story plot: Nina is a sweet, strong and resilient woman that has endured a worthless and hopeless marriage and is determined to seek better for herself and her career. She is at first very discouraged to try love again, but becomes very magnified by Vincent’s charm and sweetness. In the course of their relationship, she begins to believe in love again and decides to open up her heart to him. She is resilient and hardworking, her career begins to take off, she becomes stronger and more empowered. She plots to take revenge on her ex with his boss but fails and falls in love. 2) Male Lead Name: Vincent Age: 44 at the beginning of the story. Appearance: 5 ” 8, chiseled face and sharp jaw, tanned, brown hair, athletic, tall and imposing, Occupation: Business Tycoon/Lawyer Personality: He is a very determined and disciplined man that seems to put business before anything else. This has cost him 2 weddings. He realizes he is getting old and is eager to taste what true love looks like with Nina. He can be very cold around business partners and employees, but as meek as a lamb around people he loves. He brings sweetness and happiness to Nina’s life, which she in turn reciprocates. He does not struggle between trying to put love first before his business. ANTAGONISTS 1)Male lead Name: Josh Occupation: Business manager/Lawyer Age: 27 years at the beginning of the story. Personality: Harsh and rude, very competitive and extremely jealous. Bitter too, but has his good days, wanting to be the boss of everything, is a good cook and is a bit of a comedian. Appearance :6” 0, piercing green eyes that seem to size up those around him and his demeanor makes him look cold and unapproachable, slim but not athletic, brown eyes and plump lips. Story Plot: Josh has sworn to make Nina’s life hell since she left him to move on with business tycoon, Vincent. He plots to destroy and taint her new-found career, and he loves to womanize. He is a ruthless lawyer in his grandfather's law firm, and he is mannerless and uncouth to everyone. 2)Female lead Name: Sweden Occupation : unemployed Age: 18 years at the beginning of the story. Plot: She is her sister, Nina’s main companion. She stands by Nina and supports, advises and comforts her in times of trouble. Name: Ms May Age: 32 years at the time she met Nina. Story plot: She advises Nina and keeps Nina company by telling her stories during her days as a little girl. She is Nina’s rock, and together they plan to avenge Nina’s ex-husband. She is an undercover rich kid who helped Nina secure a job. PLOT DEVELOPMENT; A summary of the story Sub plot: Nina had always dreamed of having a sweet life. She had always wanted to break free from her suffocating and worthless marriage. She never expected that her life would turn out for the better when she crossed paths with the gorgeous billionaire ,Vincent . Nina found herself falling for Vincent, and she was unable to resist the attraction between them. She was captivated by his sweet nature. As their relationship became stronger, her life fell into place as her life began to find balance. The unexpected happened, she was left to face the bitterness and jealousy emanating from her ex-husband, Josh. She is also left to carry on with her plans to destroy him, but with time, his ego, uncouth and mannerless character destroys him. Willing to protect her new-found love and happiness, she must go through the rough path of love and ambition, she must fight against the forces that try to destroy everything good she has in her life now. Will Vincent come to her rescue or will she go back to her ex-husband? EXPOSITION: Nina is trapped in a hopeless and worthless marriage, deeply unfulfilled. She decides to leave the marriage and begins a journey of fulfillment and purpose. INCITING INCIDENT: Nina meets Vincent. The reserved and striking billionaire, despite their age difference, they fall in love and the love story between them changes their lives for good. PLOT TWIST: Nina meets Miranda as a sales representative in a café, and they become very good friends. Miranda stand in place to help and also change Nina’s life. RAISING ACTION: Nina and Vincent start a relationship, but Nina’s ex-husband becomes bitter and vows to ruin everything she has achieved. Nina’s job as the boutique’s sales representative skyrockets. PLOT TWIST: Nina goes home to the country to spend some time with her family and clear her head amidst everything that is happening, and she finds out another part of her. Here she has a brief fling, but they are not intimate. CLIMAX: Nina, Miranda and Sweden plan to destroy Josh completely and to do this, she is not meant to fall in love with Vincent because he is the ultimate revenge plan. However, on getting closer to Vincent, she realizes he is the complete opposite of Josh and is not willing to throw it away. She regrets her actions of trying to use him to avenge Josh but cannot stop because it’s late. PLOT TWIST: Miranda reveals a side of her as an undercover rich kid in the café and Nina is shocked. She hooks Nina up to connect to work at her cousin’s boutique which happens to be Josh’s own. DENOUEMENT: With Nina falling in love with Vincent, she ditches her plan of trashing Josh. Josh has already lost his right to be a founding partner in his grandfather’s company. Nina falls in love with Vincent, and they decide to spend the holidays together. The story also features a subplot showing the life of Josh’s father, Mr SandSuer, when he was younger and grew up in royalty before he founded Sands of Time.
