“Luci?” A familiar voice politely questioned her name as she began to break through her unconscious to the feeling of a horrible headache having taken over her entire head. Immediately, she took her hand to her temple and allowed her fingers to run through her hair before her eyes opened to her new surroundings. The first things her eyes came to note had been the wallpaper illuminated in low light by victorian-themed candles presented in the wall as having been a pale blue accented with a silver leaf pattern that caught the light of every flicker of each flame. Next, her eyes ventured throughout the space in search of the voice that had spoken to her before she was made aware that Paxton had been the one to collect her from the floor of the woods.
