Apart from the occasional visit of Lady Bethel to check on her progress and a daily visit from the Dowager, Andrea talked to no one.
As the day of the Wedding approached, she began to work in even greater earnest.
She would have given anything in the world for this marriage not to take place, particularly now she knew that Lord Mannerly had his own reservations. How could he not have, when he suspected that his fiancée was a liar?
