ZAYA’S POV
A growl so loud it could shake the foundations of the Mansion sounded. My heart dropped to the deepest pit of my stomach and it rested there. I felt life drain out of me when I lifted my head to see the monster before me.
Alpha Kade was fuming red, while I was burning the same colour on my skin. He was in a rage and I didn’t know where I had gone again, but maybe it was because I had broken the cup I was supposed to serve him coffee in.
Today was supposed to be a good day for me seeing as it was my birthday. But it turned out to also be the day that Alpha Kade lost his family and I dared not even try to celebrate with a smile.
It was bad enough that everyone in the pack showed me today how they hated me. He did too.
He stomped menacingly towards me and hauled me to my feet
