Lisa leaned casually against the closet, staring at Ethan as he pulled Blake to the right side of the bed. Her lips were pursed, her face scrunched in annoyance. She inhaled. “Are you going to take all night putting him on the bed, or are you just out to make my life miserable?” she murmured, glaring hard as she rolled her eyes. Ethan smirked. “I guess I’ll go with option B. Sounds more fun.” “Hurry up and get out.” “For someone who hurt a fellow human, you really do know how to show remorse,” Ethan replied as he pinched Blake’s cheeks and smiled, relieved after the doctor’s words.
