Plum Muse might be a small press, but that did not equate to a small building or staff. My agent's team had made the arrangements for me to fly to New York. A limo picked me up, and I met Meredith Maldano in person for the first time. She was larger than life, but I knew instantly she had been the right choice. I was treated like royalty when I had arrived yesterday by both her and her crew.
