I woke up early the next morning. Gabriel was still sleeping and I got up, careful not to wake him. As I scooted away from him, he moaned in protest but didn't wake. I tiptoed out of the room. I got out to the hall and decided to make some coffee. I made my way to the kitchen and found the coffee and got a pot started.
