Honestly, I felt nauseous leaving Alana alone with that prick, but she didn’t give me much of a choice. Even though I knew something was wrong, there was a clear reason why she didn’t want me to be around. I had to accept the fact that I would never mean as much to her as she means to me. As I got up and got ready for work, I checked my phone to see if Alana had messaged me at all, but there was nothing from her.
