We return to school after the holidays. As much as I enjoy seeing family, it’s good to get back to school. Pops taught me how to cook some food, and Payton told me he would teach me more at school. That’s when he isn’t sucking face with Josie.
I came out of class, and someone ran, picking me off the ground. That caused me to drop my books as the person set me down. I turned to see Shaun with a s**t-eating grin on his face.
“Man, you made me drop my books,” I said, picking up my books.
“It’s not my fault you’re small,” Shaun mentioned.
I stood up with my books and shook my head.
“You’re a nut,” I said.
“Yeah, but it’s nice to be playful,” Shaun mentioned as I gave him a look. “Do you have another class?”
“Yeah, then work,” I answered.
