Author’s POV
"But, but ..." Cara said. "I can't marry you!" she said, looking at Sam as if he was some alien.
"Why? You wanted to marry Luke! Why don't you want me? ” Sam asks angrily.
"You didn't even ask me!" Cara said.
Sam looks around and sees that Queen Elizabeth Park is just a minute away and he drives straight to the park, takes Cara out of his car, throws her on his shoulder again and starts walking through the park without caring that everyone looks at him.
"Put me down you brute!" Cara said. "People are looking at my ass!"
But he keeps walking searching for something, and when he sees the perfect spot he goes straight to the middle of Quarry Gardens. In the middle of a small lawn surrounded by flowers he puts Cara down and looks into her eyes and asks her.
