I could hear her breathing in the silent room. I could hear her mind racing probably thinking about what else she can say. I hope she just leaves without an attempt to try and make things better between us because I know that things will never go back to the where they were and how things were. I trusted both of them and they throw it back in my face. She of most people that are in my life should have never have done me wrong. Well not that kind of wrong. I thought she understood me and where I'm coming from and I don't take people hurting me lightly. She of all people know what I went through and what it meant to me to have someone like Josh in my life. We both have our ups and downs but we worked on our weakness to make our relationship work, to make it last. Of course we fight and have disagreement but that is what a relationship is about nothing is perfect. A relationship can never be perfect amd if it is there is something definitely wrong with it. If he was ever to cheat on me i would never had guessed her, not my best friend. It really hurts to find them like that on our special day. This special day meant everything to me not because we were supposed to celebrate 5 years together but because we were going to create a family together. It didn't matter to me if he proposed on our anniversary because I had happier news. The proposal was only to ensure that he is serious about us because sometimes you can spend most of your life with someone and they think it doesn't matter to them at the end of the day. It was really hard for me to hide it from him that I was with his child but I held out and kept my happiness down on the low. I was doing a good job at hiding it. I guess if I never ended up at the hospital he would have never found out. I think the doctor told him since he was my boyfriend. Yes 'was' because I don't think I want to be with him or see his face right now. "Rosie could you please say something the silence is killing me." She said breaking the silence. "Well it should." I whispered. "C'mon don't be like that. I said I'm sorry and you know I'm sorry. I'm sorry Rosie. I never planned it, it just happened." She said and I remain silent. "Fine I deserve the silent treatment but can we talk about this like adults so we can move past it and be friends again." "You think we will still be friends after this?" I said out of shock turning around to look at her face. "Well I don't know I was hoping you could forgive me after some tongue lashing and we could be Rosie and Tia." She said with a shrug. I looked at her baffled. She has some nerves talking about forgiveness and being friends after sleeping with my best friend. "Forgive you? Tongue-lashing? Tia I am not your mother I will not give you a lecture on something that you have done wrong. You're an adult you should know wrong from right and especially a boundary..." I started rambling. "...I trusted you Tia with my life both literally and figuratively. I would have never sit back and let people talk about you like they do. I defended you like a real friend. I would have done anything for you." She opened her mouth to say something but I bet her to it. "I don't want to hear how sorry you are or that you never wanted it to happened but guess what it did, that meant you didn't stop it cause if you did it would have never happened." "So what I get all the blame for this? It takes two person to commit this act and that second person is Josh." She argues. "Of course the both of you is to be blamed. You know me Tia more than anyone in my life had. When I came here I opened up to you. I told you my story, my fears, everything, I let you in like a sibling. I trusted you so much more than I trust Josh. I told you things I never told him. When I first discovered my feelings for him you were the first person I came to with it and I asked you for advice." "That's how much I trust you but I am so stupid. I should have know that something would have happened since you get around so much." She gasped. "Are you calling me a w***e?" She asked insulted. I denied her any answer. That was good enough for her to draw a conclusion from to respond with this. "I'm not a w***e because I'm not you Rosie so don't act all perfect now." "My case is a totally different case from yours Tia. You don't get to have an excuse for your actions." I said defensively. "Who's to say you didn't spread your legs open to your step dad." She said with a snort. "Is that really you Tia?" I asked shocked and offended that she thought that. When I first told her she showed me sympathy and looked at me with pity until I told her I don't like it. "You just called me a w***e and you have the decency to act offended." She said with a scowl. "Could you just leave?" I said a sigh escaping through my open lips. She rolled her eyes, stamped out of the room and slammed the door. A sigh leave my mouth once more again and I lie back down on the bed. I didn't get to breath before the door opened again. I groaned I really don't want to talk right now. "Relax Ms Robinson I'm only hear to run a few checks to make sure everything is okay then you can go home." A calm voice told me. I peeked through my eyelashes to see a white coat so I assumed that it's the doctor here to run checks as he said before. I opened my eyes and sit up watching the doctor walk in with his clip board. "My name is Nathan Hall and I'm just going to run some checks and when I'm done you can go home if everything is fine." "Okay." "So how are you feeling?" He asked. "Just a little tired." He nods and hummed a response. "So what happened to me?" I asked. I was so distracted that I didn't asked the most important question. "You passed out because of a event that caused you to go in shock or stress and I'm guessing you didn't eat that much earlier." He explained. "Oh." "Everything is looking good so you're free to go." He told me with a gentle smile. "And take it easy from now on and remember to eat." He added. "Thank you Dr Hall and I will." I said with a smile of my own. He smiled and turned to leave but before he could I stopped him. "Did they bring anything with them when they brought me in?" I asked. "No but your clothes are over there." I nodded. "Could you call a cab for me please?" I asked hanging my feet off of the bed. "Sure I'll let you know when it is here." He left so I could get dress and to call the cab that I asked for. I was fully dressed when a nurse entered the room to tell me that the cab is here. I thanked her with a smile and here my way to the elevator and o go home.
