As I stand before the Lycan King, my insides tremble with fear. He folds his massive arms over his chest and stares me down, making me feel small and insignificant. I’ve never seen a man as big as Thane Knight before, let alone met one.
As soon as Ivy led me into the King’s study, he got up from his seat and walked around his desk. He ordered me to look him in the eye. Though it was incredibly uncomfortable, I could not ignore a direct order from the King.
Thane Knight puts the fear of the Goddess in me! His wife isn’t much better. I’ve never felt such a dominant aura from a woman before. I thought Ivy’s aura was crazy, but Lyric Knight’s aura is insane!
