Missing

ALEXXIA     Sitting down, it occurred to me Dani never answered me. "Dani," I yelled. "What do you think? When I got no answer again, "Dani? Are you in here?" Once again nothing. "Jaz, Are you here?"     "Yeah, I'm here. I don't know where Dani is though. She was right behind us." She responded.     "Where could she have gone?" I wondered out loud.      "I don't know. She should have been in here with us." Jaz reiterates.     We open our stall doors at exactly the same time. Wondering where Dani got to I decide to go see if she is at the table with the boys. Upon seeing her chair empty, I ask if they have seen her. When they answer that they had not, I asked, "Then where would she go to in a town that she doesn't know and the shady side of it at that?"     "It's not like her to just up and leave." Jeremy stated. "At least not without telling someone."     "Exactly," I said.     "So either something happened or someone took her?" Daemien inquired.     "Looks to be so." I state.     With that, we get up and start asking around to everyone else there if they saw anything. Of which we found one person that told us she was shoved into a cab, and the guy got in with her. He told us the driver just sped off about ten minutes ago. He didn't get the cab number though. However, he did describe the guy to us.  So we thanked him, Daemien is already on the phone with the police, and Darius is on the phone with their parents. Jeremy picks up his phone and calls the cab company and asks what cabs were sent to this bar and where they were now. Explaining the whole thing out to them. Jaz and I, well we just freak out.      The police show up, trying to figure out what happened themselves, we point them to the gentleman that helped us by telling us what he had seen. They inform us to go back to the hotel and they will find her, and bring her to us when they do.     We get into a police car and they drop us off at our hotel, our tempers boiling, as we were told to stay out of it. We went to the room long enough to change our clothes, as Jeremy got the information from the company, for the cab, and it has a tracking device on it. He had to download an app to his phone to follow it. Dar said he didn't need to as he remembered his and Dani's phones had them too. "Good," Jer said, "We will use both apps to track her then, just in case one fails."      JACOB     The door came bursting open. Mitch had the girl he had called to inform me was another test run. "What the HELL dude!" I exclaimed as the door hit the wall.      He threw the girl into a chair, tied her down, and yanked me to the balcony. "I had to show you how easy it is to do. And besides, I need you to help me for a change."     "What do you need?" I query.     "You'll see." He remarked. "But she needs to be tied up here, while we do this."      Stepping out the front door, I see nothing he could possibly need help with so I follow him around the corner where I see a cab sitting, blood splattered over most of the windshield. "What the HELL have you done?" I spluttered angrily.      "I couldn't let him go, he would tell someone." came his reply to my anger. "What didn't you think you might have to have blood on your hands from this endeavor?"     "No, I didn't think there would be any killing in this task. I didn't' need to go that far, I just want her to have to talk to me. I was not looking for all of this." I spat back. "This was supposed to be a simple snatch and grab."     We clean the cab up, go back to the room, and check on the girl. I notice she looks familiar to me. But I can't seem to place where from with most of her face covered with the black rags he has over her face. Turning back to Mitch, I tell him he has to take the two girls to the place he had told me about.     Picking up the first girl we hauled her to and loaded her into the cab, Mitch said we might as well use it before we dump it somewhere. He is taking her wherever or whatever he had planned, then coming back for the second, I am to stay with her to keep her from escaping.     I was lost in thought and moving on autopilot. Heading back into my room, as he was heading out of the drive. I had just shut the door to the room, it was then that I hear her speak. DANIELLE     I had heard the door shut, Listened for the thumps of feet to recede from being heard. I used my shoulder to pull the cloth off my mouth while trying to come up with a plan to get out of the restraints with which I was tied to the chair. I had moved so much that they were cutting into me, but also loosening in the process. Scanning the room I searched for anything that might be used to use to help get them off, however, I couldn't see anything just laying out that might even remotely help me. Actually, it looked like nothing was out anywhere. It looked like there was no one even staying in the room if it wasn't for the ropes tied to the chair beside me.      I was just getting ready to try to get my chair close to one of the drawers when I heard the footsteps outside the door. I wasn't foolish enough to think it might be housekeeping though.  I couldn't count on anyone saving me but myself. As the door opened, I prepared to hit whoever it was with the chair if they got close enough to me to do so.      I looked up and immediately I was shocked and pissed. I was looking right into the face of Jacob f*****g Heart. I immediately started spewing profanities out of my mouth at him, as my temper got the better of me. With my anger, I had missed the look of recognition and shock on his face. I was on a roll telling him what I thought about him and the way he was acting, as well as, how he treated my best friend.    I couldn't believe he was this stupid. How did he think this would help his cause? Lexxi would hate him more now, I thought as my ranting started to wind down. The more my temper settled the more I could think straight again. I started to ask him questions, a bit on the loud side as I was still in a situation I couldn't believe, and a bit scared of what this i***t was going to do.      "Who do you think you are to take me against my will? And why me?" I finally spit at him.      "It wasn't supposed to be you. It was supposed to be LEX." He stated exasperatedly. "My colleague took the wrong person."      "The wrong person? THE WRONG PERSON? ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO YOURSELF?" I screamed. "YOU REALLY ARE A PSYCHOPATH AREN'T YOU? WHAT THE HELL JACOB? DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS GOING TO HELP YOU WIN HER BACK? OR ARE YOU JUST THAT STUPID?"
