The Reunion

TWO MONTHS LATER……

Camila is at a family reunion with Simbiana, her mum, and Ben.

It was a dinner reunion for Simbiana’s mum who had to invite both the nuclear family and extended family.

“ Let us toss to long life, and to my beloved daughter Simbiana who just got back from Paris from her Honeymoon, we wish you once again a happy married life for you two, " Simbiana's mum said.

Camila maintains eye contact with Ben, smiles softly, and slightly tilts her head. She could also playfully glance away and then back at him with a focus on conveying genuine interest and attraction through her eyes and expressions.

Are you okay?

Simbiana’s mum asked Camilia, yes ma, she replied, while she laughed while she adjusted her seat.

Simbiana’s mum did notice the way Camila stared at Ben.

Camilla continued as she leaned in slightly, her eyes locked with his. As she spoke softly, her knee brushed against his with a deliberate, gentle touch. The contact was light but lingering.

Well, no one knew something was going on under the dinner table.

A lot is going on in Simbiana’s thoughts as she observes Camila staring at her husband lustfully.

Ben is a bit uncomfortable, so he decides to use the restroom. He could feel the intensity of her gaze, a magnetic pull that he knew was meant to disarm him. The ultimate test was to stay focused, to keep his mind clear, and not let the allure of her presence derail his resolve. He needed to delve deeper into his thoughts, reminding himself of the reasons he was here and the goals he couldn't afford to compromise.

For 15 minutes, Ben has been in the restroom and it’s a bit worrisome to Simbiana.

She decides to go check up on him.

Ben! Knock, knock, are you okay in there? Simbiana asked, “Yes love”, I'm good, Ben replied.

He steps out of the restroom smiling at Simbiana his wife.

Baby, are you sure you are okay?

Yes, I'm good baby, he replied again.

They both walk to the dinner table to meet the rest of the family members.

The whole family is ready to make a toss, to a successful reunion and better days after.

Simbiana’s mum is full of excitement while he goes around the room to give a warm hug to everyone in the room.

Camila is still locked up eyes on Ben lustfully

She lifted the glass to her lips with deliberate grace, her fingers lightly tracing the delicate stem. As she took a slow, measured sip, her eyes locked onto his with a subtle, lingering gaze. The wine seemed to linger on her lips, and she let the moment, savoring both the taste and the effect of her gaze.
