It has been a week since my fight with Chloe, and things have been a little awkward. When we have meetings, we no longer sit next to each other. She has been keeping her distance. She hasn't come into my office.
Even though she apologized to Lizzy, I can tell that she is beating herself up for what she did and what she said to me.
Whenever she is ready to talk though, I am here to listen to her. I don't think I can ever be permanently angry with Chloe. She has done a lot for me even though she was completely out of line the last time, but I wouldn't hold that against her.
