"It is certainly a surprise to see you at my house this early morning. I was just about to go on my usual morning run but I can't turn away a visitor now, can I? Especially one with such importance."
I can't tell if he knew that I was being sarcastic, but I was not happy to see him or anyone else. I needed to work out and go to work, anything to get my mind off Aysel.
"I know, but it is extremely important if we can talk about it over a cup of coffee. I promise I won't take much of your time. Besides, I am sure you are going to love the news I brought. You would be really thrilled."
"Oh, would I? Well, what can I say? I am a sucker for good news, but I don't drink coffee, so I can only offer you a bottle of water."
